Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the freedom to work from any location of your choice. As an outpatient counseling center, you’ll engage with clients in a virtual setting, using secure telehealth platforms that ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to determine mental health needs and treatment objectives.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address client concerns.
  • Provide ongoing therapy sessions, utilizing telehealth technologies to ensure consistency and accessibility.
  • Document treatment progress in a timely and professional manner to maintain accurate patient records.
  • Collaborate with schools and community resources to provide a holistic support system to clients, particularly students.
  • Engage in continuous professional development, attending training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge in the field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve clients with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. Your therapeutic approach will be responsive to the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual, ensuring that care is tailored to promote engagement and positive outcomes. By working closely with schools, you will also focus on the mental well-being of youth, empowering them through therapy and guidance.

Qualifications
  • A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • An active state license in mental health counseling (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, PhD) permitting unsupervised practice.
  • At least two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting client assessments and developing treatment plans based on best practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to ensure clear and effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • A clean disciplinary record with no active sanctions from any regulatory body.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities beyond CBT, broadening the toolkit for client care.
  • Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy delivery.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
