Last Updated: 21.10.2025 Location: Remote โ€“ European Union Contract Type: B2B Contract Experience Level: Mid to Senior About the Role Codertal is looking for a talented AI Research Scientist to explore, design, and evaluate nextโ€generation AI models.

You'll work on research projects involving deep learning, generative AI, transformers, optimization techniques, and experimental architectures. You'll collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and software developers to bring research outcomes into production and contribute to AI strategies for Codertal's international clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct research on modern AI techniques, including transformers , LLMs , GANs , and reinforcement learning .

Prototype and evaluate new model architectures and learning strategies. Work with large datasets and compute resources to train and analyze models. Publish internal documentation and contribute to innovation initiatives.

Stay updated on breakthroughs in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Required Skills and Experience Strong background in machine learning , deep learning , or AI research . Advanced experience with Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow .

Understanding of transformers , optimization , and neural architecture design . Experience with large datasets and training on GPU/TPU environments. Familiarity with LLMs , NLP , or computer vision methods.
