This full-time position operates in a remote setting to provide flexibility while addressing the needs of our clients in the detox facility. You will collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team, leveraging technology and various communication methods to deliver high-quality social work services. By adhering to the best practices in telehealth and remote support, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients and families effectively from anywhere.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the specific needs and challenges faced by clients.
• Participate actively in the formulation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to support each client's unique recovery journey.
• Monitor and document client progress in accordance with established treatment plans, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with families to develop effective strategies and provide evidence-based solutions that address challenges associated with substance use.
• Facilitate access to community resources and support networks that will assist clients and their families during the detoxification and recovery process.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations to ensure compliance in all aspects of service delivery.
• Engage in continuous professional development to keep updated on the latest practices in social work and substance use treatment.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing substance use disorders, including those who require detoxification services. You will provide essential support to clients and their families, guiding them through the initial stages of recovery, helping them acquire vital life skills, and addressing any co-occurring mental health issues. By facilitating a supportive and compassionate environment, you will empower clients to take proactive steps towards their recovery goals.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Current Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
• At least one year of experience in social work, particularly in substance use or mental health settings.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong proficiency in using teletherapy and online social work tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of adapting to varying client needs.
• Commitment to the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices and empowerment of clients.

• Experience working in detox or addiction recovery settings is highly desirable.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, allowing better communication with a diverse patient population.
• Familiarity with assessment and intervention strategies tailored to children and families.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
