Inside Sales Representative - Job Description

Position Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will interact with clients and collaborate with our internal team to address customer pest control needs and drive sales. This role involves a combination of customer service and sales, including answering customer questions, scheduling, following up on leads, and closing sales. You will also handle administrative tasks related to day-to-day business operations, such as account setup, maintenance, and tracking customer interactions in our CRM system.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless customer experience while achieving sales targets by following our established sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers over the phone to address inquiries, recommend solutions, and close sales.
  • Manage schedules, ensure proper coordination with technicians, and handle service notifications.
  • Organize and update customer accounts, maintain accurate records, and track sales activities in the CRM (Fieldwork).
