• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to clients, employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to their specific needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with agency and licensing standards, ensuring essential information is available for treatment continuity.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, providing insights for treatment planning and contributing to the overall recovery strategy for each client.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapy practices, particularly in treating mood disorders.
• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients, ensuring their unique needs are understood and addressed.

• Experience with a wide array of treatment modalities and the ability to adapt approaches based on client needs.
• A proven history of delivering successful therapeutic outcomes, including specific goals achieved in client recovery processes.
• Prior engagement in community outreach or telehealth services will be viewed favorably.
