What You’ll Do

  • Provide compassionate companionship and support to clients in their residences, including private homes or care facilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living—such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers—as needed and according to the client’s care plan
  • Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, based on individual needs
  • Observe, monitor, and report changes in a client’s condition or well‑being
  • Accurately document care and observations using electronic care management software

  • Caregiving experience preferred (training available)
  • CNA or HHA certification a plus
  • Reliable transportation for travel within the Chicagoland area
