As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Provide individualized mental health counseling services to a diverse client base, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities based on best practices.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate personalized treatment plans that address individual goals and objectives.
• Utilize a multi-session brief care model to promote effective treatment progress, consistently monitoring and evaluating client outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with medical providers and other multidisciplinary team members, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record system, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on the latest mental health trends, research findings, and therapeutic techniques.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including adults experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and co-occurring chronic conditions. We emphasize health behavior change and empower clients to take control of their mental wellness through consistent, compassionate support and evidence-based strategies.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• A valid, independent licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD).
• Solid experience—at least two years—providing direct mental health counseling.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in mental health care.
• Cultural competence and an understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in mental health treatment.

While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with experience in integrated care settings or familiarity with telehealth practices will be given preference.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
