• Conduct in-depth assessments to accurately understand clients' backgrounds, present challenges, and therapeutic goals, crafting a strong basis for treatment.
• Provide tailored individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative approaches.
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop, execute, and revise personalized treatment plans, actively engaging them in their therapy journey.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing social work practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with the latest evidence-based practices and therapeutic frameworks.
• Establish and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, empowering them to navigate their challenges with confidence and resilience.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Urban Wellness Clinic, you will work with a diverse client demographic, including children, adolescents, and families experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
