As a remote personal assistant, you'll primarily use digital tools such as email, messaging platforms, and project management software to stay organized and connected with your clients. Establishing clear communication protocols—like regular check-ins or scheduled updates—is essential for aligning on priorities and deadlines. You may also encounter challenges related to different time zones or rapidly changing client needs, so flexibility and proactive communication are key.
