Elmira Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and flexible Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team, providing essential mental health care remotely. This is a full-time remote position, designed to provide flexibility to our clinicians while ensuring they deliver high-quality care. You will be working from home, which allows for a healthy work-life balance. • Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering positive, professional relationships.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, address concerns, and plan for future sessions or discharges as appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, implementing therapeutic interventions to guide their healing journey.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes in accordance with ethical and organizational standards.
• Perform intake assessments to gather detailed information on clients’ backgrounds and mental health needs.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.
• Promote a growth mindset, continually seeking opportunities to learn and adapt in your professional practice.

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health support to a diverse outpatient population that includes both children and adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. This role requires sensitivity and a keen understanding of individual lived experiences, aiming to provide care that empowers clients and fosters personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current, active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials, permitting independent practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build client rapport and maintain therapeutic boundaries.
• Proficient in using digital tools including Excel, RMS systems, and Microsoft Outlook.

• A minimum of one year of experience providing therapy in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.
• Proven experience conducting effective intake assessments and delivering individual psychotherapy sessions to both individuals and families.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and productivity. We operate on a Fee-for-Service model that guarantees pay before collections, alleviating financial stress associated with delayed reimbursement.
