Key Responsibilities

As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, ethical counseling services primarily through video conferencing. Your role will include:

• Conducting compassionate, client-centered counseling sessions with stable, low-acuity adults, using ethical guidelines and established best practices.
• Formulating and implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at meeting the distinct needs of each client, employing evidence-based solution-focused treatment modalities.
• Facilitating deep, reflective insights into clients’ emotions, experiences, and relationships, enabling them to navigate their mental health journeys with greater awareness.
• Continuously monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and supporting clients in developing and maintaining healthy coping mechanisms.
• Collaborating with peers and the organization to uphold clinical standards while enhancing the organization’s overall service offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who seek guidance for a range of mental health challenges. This demographic may include individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and personal development pursuits. Your role is crucial in providing the emotional and psychological support they need to foster growth and stability.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state license permitting independent practice, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a compassionate nature, and a strong commitment to ethical practice.
• Proficiency in using technology to facilitate virtual counseling sessions, including a reliable internet connection.
• Must be free of disciplinary actions related to your professional licensure.

Preferred Experience

While experience is not strictly required, candidates with prior experience in telehealth counseling or remote therapy modalities will be highly valued. Strong familiarity with virtual counseling tools and a background in solution-focused therapy approaches can significantly enhance your effectiveness in this role.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

• A salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually for full-time counselors, with part-time earnings starting at USD 65,000 based on hours worked.
