Substation Electrical Engineering Manager
Area: Fully Remote
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary:

  • Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team delivering substation physical designs for utilities and EPC partners
  • Provide strategic oversight for project resources, budgets, and client relationships
  • Guide engineers through complex transmission and distribution projects
  • Manage resources, performance, and development for a growing national substation group
  • Review and approve design packages, drawings, and specifications for high-voltage substation general arrangements, grounding plans, and bus configurations
