You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team responsible for enterprise pipeline platform delivery
  • Provide direction on priorities, workforce planning, and skill development aligned to platform strategy
  • Drive accountability for delivery outcomes, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Own delivery of the enterprise pipelines platform, including reusable CI/CD workflows, actions, and services
  • Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance to support enterprise-wide usage
  • Manage backlog, sprint execution, and delivery commitments using agile delivery models (e.g., POD-based execution)
  • Establish and drive adoption of standardized, reusable pipeline patterns that reduce application team operational overhead
  • Deliver centralized pipeline capabilities that promote consistency across development teams and environments
  • Embed enterprise security and compliance controls into pipelines, including code scanning, artifact scanning, and policy enforcement
  • Ensure pipelines enforce quality gates and shift-left validation to prevent non-compliant deployments
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to align pipeline enforcement mechanisms with enterprise standards
  • Lead large-scale migration from legacy CI/CD platforms to EPL-based GitHub Actions workflows
  • Drive adoption strategies, onboarding frameworks, and engagement models with application teams
  • Monitor and improve adoption metrics and customer experience across the platform

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps roles
  • 3 years of experience leading engineering teams or large-scale technical delivery efforts
  • Solid experience with CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions and/or equivalent)
  • Experience designing and operating enterprise-scale developer platforms or shared services
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading enterprise CI/CD modernization or migration initiatives
  • Experience building reusable frameworks, APIs, or platform capabilities at scale
  • Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise Cloud ecosystem and developer tooling integrations (e.g., Artifactory, Sonar, security scanning tools)
  • Experience in regulated environments requiring solid compliance and governance controls
  • Exposure to platform telemetry, observability, and developer productivity metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across organizations
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
