As an LMSW at Gotham Enterprises, you will play a pivotal role in delivering therapeutic services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and crafting personalized treatment plans that adhere to best practices and solution-based interventions.
• Administering a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.
• Maintaining thorough and timely clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations and reflects the ongoing treatment progress of clients.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care across disciplines.
• Participating in peer review and case consultation meetings, fostering an environment of continuous professional development.
• Providing education and support to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge regarding mental health conditions and available resources.
• Staying informed about current research trends and integrating new findings into your therapeutic practices to enhance client outcomes.

You will engage with a diverse beyond-to-treatment population, offering services to individuals and familles dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your expertise will be essential in guiding clients to achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their overall well-being.

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, showcasing your foundational knowledge and competencies.
• Hold a valid license to practice as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York, emphasizing your commitment to professional standards and ethics.
• Bring a minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience, preferably in providing psychotherapy services.
