• Conduct extensive psychological evaluations for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, utilizing clinical expertise to determine appropriate therapy interventions and adjust plans as needed.
• Perform initial assessments to prioritize care for patients and their families, ensuring immediate support and intervention when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and support staff by maintaining accurate records of evaluations, therapeutic interventions, and comprehensive care plans.
• Provide culturally competent care addressing psychological, social, educational, and physical health needs while implementing tailored strategies that enhance overall well-being.
• Engage in case management to coordinate with medical staff and community providers, ensuring holistic patient care delivery and continuity of services.
• Maintain ethical and timely documentation in alignment with departmental requirements, enhancing accountability and quality assurance in service delivery.
• Utilize evidence-based therapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to provide outpatient services that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Our counselors will work with a diverse client population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various behavioral health challenges. The ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to suit the unique needs of clients across different age groups—from children to seniors—is paramount. Counselors will address clients’ emotional and psychological challenges while collaborating with families to create supportive environments conducive to recovery.

• Active state licensure as a PsyD, LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Availability for 10-40 hours of client sessions per week is essential to meet demand.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required, demonstrating a commitment to providing quality care.

Experience working in telehealth environments and knowledge of digital platforms for therapy provision is highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a proven track record in case management will enhance your candidacy.
