Key Responsibilities

As a Remote LMFT, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting engaging video therapy sessions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences openly.
• Utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies to assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that are solution-focused.
• Acting as an advocate for clients by helping them define personal goals and navigate their therapeutic journey.
• Maintaining client records and documentation in compliance with organizational standards and relevant regulations.
• Staying informed about the latest mental health practices and integrating new techniques into client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults seeking assistance with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management. You will create a safe and nurturing space where clients can express their thoughts and feelings, facilitating meaningful insights into their lives and relationships.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential, with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, paired with a compassionate and client-centered approach.
• Proficient computer literacy to navigate our online therapy platform seamlessly.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experience will be advantageous:

• Familiarity with teletherapy best practices and online counseling methods.
• Experience working with diverse populations or specialized areas of therapy.
• Background in utilizing solution-focused therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
