Job description

Melville,NY - USA

Position Requirements

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist who will run our marketing strategy end-to-end with a specific focus on paid social (Meta) and search (Google) advertising. Working under the guidance of the Business Development Director you'll be building campaigns, writing copy, designing creative briefs, and analyzing performance yourself. You'll have real ownership over how we show up in the market.

Our audience is B2B: practice managers, hospital administrators, and decision-makers at clinics and independent hospitals who staff CRNAs and anesthesiologists. Your job is to build sustained brand awareness and demand so that when they have a locum need, Bridgecare is the first call they make.

What You'll Own:

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Execute the overall marketing plan across paid, organic, and brand channels, with Meta and Google as the core pillars.
  • Create a consistent brand voice and presence that positions Bridgecare as the trusted name in CRNA/anesthesiologist locum staffing.
  • Understand the competitive landscape in locum tenens staffing and identify opportunities to differentiate Bridgecare.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Build, launch, and optimize Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns, including audience targeting, creative testing, and budget management.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns targeting healthcare administrators and facilities searching for locum staffing solutions.
  • Write ad copy, develop creative concepts, and work with the Sales Manager and Business Development Director to build out drip campaigns.
  • Oversee landing page strategy and conversion optimization for paid traffic.

Lead Generation & Business Partnership

  • Build campaigns that generate qualified inbound interest from clinics and hospitals.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Recruiting teams on lead handoff to support business development and recruiting efforts.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Own reporting on CAC, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Use data to continuously refine targeting, campaign performance, and marketing spend.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of marketing experience with hands-on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads experience
  • Proven track record of running paid campaigns that drove measurable business results (leads, brand awareness, pipeline)
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, ideally in healthcare, staffing, or a similarly relationship-driven B2B industry
  • Comfortable owning the strategy execution, this role has a lot of autonomy, and we want someone who takes initiative rather than waits for direction
  • Strong copywriting and creative instincts; you can write ad copy that resonates with busy healthcare administrators
  • Data-driven mindset comfortable in ad platforms' analytics, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
  • Experience with brand-building in a competitive or crowded market is a plus
  • Familiarity with the locum tenens, healthcare staffing, or broader healthcare industry is a strong plus (not required)

Total Rewards

  • Generous benefits package, including:
    • Salary: $30 - $41 hourly
    • Paid Time Off
    • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance
    • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts
    • 401(k)
    • Leadership and professional development opportunities
