• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments for students to identify mental health issues and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our electronic health record system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with educators, school counselors, and other professionals to create a supportive network for students.
• Provide guidance, education, and resources to both patients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available support services.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with emerging research and best practices in mental health care.

You will primarily work with a diverse range of students from different backgrounds facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your compassionate approach will be fundamental in creating a safe space for these individuals, empowering them to express their concerns and embark on their mental health journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada.
• Profound understanding of solution-focused therapy techniques and interventions suitable for children and teens.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Prior experience in a school setting or with a pediatric population is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
