• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare teams, including medical doctors, nurses, and social workers, to create and implement comprehensive care plans for geriatric residents.
• Provide education to staff and families regarding effective strategies to enhance psychological well-being and improve the quality of life for elderly individuals.
• Deliver specialized grief and loss counseling for residents and their families who are facing end-of-life situations, emphasizing support and resource provision.

Your primary clientele will be elderly individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, and cognitive decline. • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
