Work Environment

This full-time role is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct sessions from the comfort of your own space while maintaining a work-life balance. The position operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a structured yet adaptable work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, understanding their unique backgrounds and experiences.
  • Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific mental health needs, goals, and personal preferences, ensuring treatments are aligned with their aspirations.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address mood disorders.
  • Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, self-care strategies, and available treatment options, empowering them with necessary knowledge to manage their conditions.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress systematically, adjusting treatment methods as needed to optimize their mental health outcomes.
