Qualifications- Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or hold a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
- Empathy and compassion, paired with a non-judgmental attitude towards patient experiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
- Experience working in similar therapeutic settings, particularly in remote or teletherapy roles.
- Background in trauma-informed care or specialized experiences related to anxiety and depression treatment.
- Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques that promote holistic healing.
