Empire City Family & Marriage Counseling PC is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. As an LCSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with clients through individual and couples therapy sessions, offering empathetic and evidence-based support tailored to their unique situations.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and therapeutic interventions in our EMR system.
• Providing referrals and collaborating with external healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Conducting eligibility checks and managing schedules using our integrated billing service to streamline client appointments and therapy sessions.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and progress, adjusting them as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

This role serves a diverse clientele across various age ranges, dealing with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations. You will work with individuals and couples facing challenges in areas such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, trauma, and life transitions. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing their mental well-being and overall quality of life.

The qualified candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic practices.
• A current, independently recognized LCSW license, indicating your professional credentialing.
• Strong professionalism, evident therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and self-motivation.
• Good organizational and time-management skills essential for effective practice management.

Applicants with significant training and experience in couples therapy will be highly regarded. Additionally, ongoing participation in professional development and training will be expected to further enhance your skills in evidence-based practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
