Your primary role will encompass delivering high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals experiencing mental health concerns. Key duties include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to identify patient needs, followed by developing individualized treatment plans rooted in best practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) that align with patients' specific circumstances and preferences.
• Maintaining precise and timely records of clinical activities in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and our internal standards.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to deliver coordinated and effective patient care.
• Engaging in regular team-based case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the overall quality of care we provide.
• Offering educational resources and support to patients and their families concerning mental health issues, possible treatment options, and community resources available for further assistance.
• Remaining informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment methodologies, applying that knowledge to elevate your clinical practice.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
