What is a Remote Passport Agency?

A Remote Passport Agency is a facility or service that allows individuals to apply for, renew, or process their passports without needing to visit a physical passport office. These agencies typically offer online or mail-in services, making it more convenient for applicants who cannot easily access in-person locations. They may also provide customer support, application tracking, and expedited processing options. However, not all passport services can be completed remotely, especially those requiring urgent travel or in-person verification.
