· Support the development and maintenance of web pages, online documentation, user information, and other digital communications.

· Ensure consistency of terminology, formatting, messaging, and editorial presentation across web content and related digital products.

Section 508 Accessibility & Quality Assurance

· Review web pages and digital content to ensure compliance with Section 508 and other applicable Federal accessibility requirements.

· Develop and review accessible content, including meaningful alternative text for images and other non-text elements.

· Perform quality assurance reviews of web content before and after publication to identify errors, outdated information, accessibility issues, and inconsistencies.

· Coordinate remediation of content that does not meet accessibility, editorial, or agency requirements.

· Verify that posted content remains accurate, current, accessible, and consistent with approved source materials.

· Apply strong attention to detail when reviewing text, links, graphics, page layouts, and associated digital content.

Content Management, Certification & Coordination

· Coordinate agency processes for reviewing and certifying web content as current and accurate, including support for quarterly content certification requirements.

· Track content reviews, updates, approvals, assignments, and outstanding actions through completion.

· Coordinate with program staff, technical subject matter experts, communications personnel, web managers, and other stakeholders to obtain and validate information for publication.

· Maintain documentation supporting web content processes, procedures, reviews, and updates.

· Assist in developing and improving workflows, procedures, templates, and standards governing web content management.

· Support database-related content coordination, editing, sorting, filtering, and quality control when required; this position supports database content rather than software programming.

Training, Documentation & Outreach Support

· Develop, write, edit, and maintain user guides, training materials, presentations, procedures, job aids, and other documentation supporting web and content-management processes.

· Develop and deliver outreach and training sessions to agency staff on web content procedures, CMS use, content standards, or related processes.

· Prepare presentation materials and use presentation applications to support instructor-led or virtual training.

· Communicate processes and technical information clearly to users with varying levels of web and CMS experience.

· Collect feedback from users and stakeholders and recommend improvements to training, documentation, and content-management processes.

Web Graphics & Digital Media Support

· Strong writing, editing, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and oral communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, reviews, and content updates simultaneously.

· Ability to coordinate effectively with program staff, subject matter experts, communications personnel, web managers, and other stakeholders.
