What's the Role?

Hungry for a career that combines sales savvy with the dynamic world of commercial support services?  We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive, Western Canada on our Sales Team, who’s passionate about building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and supporting big wins for our Remote Services (Workforce Accommodations and Forestry) operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Account Executive on our team, you'll help grow our Remote Services division throughout Western Canada - where operational excellence, safety, and exceptional service come together in some of the country’s most unique environments.

  • Support our Regional Director of Sales in driving growth for our remote camps, modular accommodations, and full‑service catering solutions.
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities across resource, energy, mining, construction, and major capital project sectors.
  • Assist in building proposals that showcase our capabilities — from turnkey camp operations to large‑scale catering and lodging solutions.
  • Research industry activity, project pipelines, competitors, and emerging market trends to keep us ahead of the game.
  • Maintain accurate and insightful updates in our CRM to support forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Keep our CRM humming with accurate data and insights.
Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development — preferably connected to remote camps, modular accommodations, catering, industrial services, or project‑based environments.
  • A genuine interest in camp services, food operations, and delivering great experiences in remote and dynamic settings.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Post‑secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and staying organized in a fast‑moving pipeline.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the region (Ontario and Manitoba), including remote project sites and nationally when needed.
  • A proactive, energetic approach — someone who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and thrives while managing multiple priorities.
