How you'll be there for students:
Be their advocate, difference maker, and mentor.
Virtual Tutors provide live, online instructional services to K-12 students using Catapult Learning's virtual classroom environment. Tutors deliver individualized instruction using Company-designed curriculum and instructional models while fostering student engagement, confidence, and academic growth.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
As a tutor with Catapult Learning, you will:
  • Deliver live, synchronous instruction in a virtual classroom using prescribed instructional methods
  • Build strong relationships with students through consistent communication and engagement
  • Provide real-time feedback and support to promote academic progress
  • Monitor and document student progress using online data and record-keeping systems
  • Communicate with parents/guardians and school personnel regarding student performance
  • Attend required virtual trainings, meetings, and coaching sessions
  • Maintain accurate student records and comply with Company policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
