Job description

Barnesville Elementary currently has a Title I Paraprofessional Position available for the 2026-27 school year.  This position is 5.75 hours of reading/math interventions on a one-to-one basis or in a small group setting with students who need extra support and 1-hour of recess supervision.  All applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

  • At least two years of college education or 60 credits
  • Three years of experience and demonstrated competency/attendance at district-facilitated trainings
  • A passing score on the Para-pro or Para-educator assessment

Salary and Benefits: Salary range for this position is $21.30 per hour to $26.74 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
