You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients and their employees through immigration processes with empathy, care, and efficiency-delivering best-in-class legal services enabled by leading technology.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day U.S. business immigration client engagements, ensuring accurate, timely, and effective service delivery. Provide strong subject matter expertise on U.S

immigration law, addressing client and internal queries with confidence and sound judgment. Translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable advice for corporate clients and foreign national employees. Uphold Vialto Law's code of ethics and commitment to excellence in every engagement. Qualifications 6+ years of U.S. business immigration experience, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, employment-based immigrant petitions, and AOS filings

Licensed and admitted to practice law in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia. Experience managing legal teams or supervising junior attorneys/analysts in complex immigration matters

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Interest in leveraging technology and innovation to enhance client and employee experiences. Familiarity with project management approaches and a collaborative, adaptable work style.
