What does a remote paralegal do?
As a remote paralegal, your duties are to perform legal research, prepare legal documents, and interview witnesses or experts preparing to give testimony in civil or criminal trials, arbitration, litigation, and other forms of legal administration. Some paralegals work closely with a specific attorney at a firm, providing them with significant assistance in developing a case. You complete tasks like pulling and reviewing relevant case laws and precedents, drafting legal briefs, collecting information from the client, and ensuring that you file paperwork appropriately.
