Who we are looking for

We are seeking a caring, experienced, and proactive Litigation Paralegal to join our growing legal team. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by helping injured clients navigate the litigation process and guiding cases toward successful resolution.

Minimum qualifications

Candidates should possess the following:

  • Associate degreeor higher from an accredited college, university, or other institution of higher learning.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience as a Paralegal in plaintiff's personal injury or personal injury defense.
  • Experience handling motor vehicle accident and premises liability matters.
  • Strong organizational and technological skills, with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Compassionate, self-directed, team oriented, and able to maintain composure under pressure.


Key responsibilities include

  • Regular communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the case lifecycle.
  • Independent preparation and e-file legal documents, including complaints, discovery demands and responses, motions, and subpoenas, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court rules.
  • Coordination of litigation and trial preparation, including scheduling client meetings, depositions, court reporters, experts, and investigators as needed.
  • Review and analysis of medical records and preparation of comprehensive demand packages.
  • Assistance with client lien resolution, including identifying lien amounts, working with lien holders, and coordinating with outside lien resolution partners.

  • Compensation:Hourly rate of $26.00-$34.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with room for growth and regular performance reviews. Bonuses tied to firm profitability.

  • Work hours: Generally Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with built-in flexibility and summer hours. After six months of successful performance, team members may be eligible for one remote workday per week, subject to role needs and manager approval.
  • Location:Beautiful newly renovated office space located downtown (parking available onsite, at no charge).
