Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs, history, and mental health concerns.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using a variety of modalities to support personal growth and emotional healing.
• Establish measurable therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy options through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients with different needs.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed mental health counselor, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.

Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with prior experience working in a community health setting or providing teletherapy services. Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be advantageous.
