This position offers a salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a hire-on bonus. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs, integrating evidence-based methods.
• Provide timely documentation and reports that meet regulatory standards, ensuring seamless communication among team members.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies, creating both pre-crisis and crisis plans while adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design positive behavior support plans, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes for clients.
• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in the agency's licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Foster strong communication channels within the agency and with community stakeholders to further the mission of Heredia Counseling Center.
• Build relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to identify potential alliances and funding opportunities.
• Actively pursue professional growth via workshops, conferences, and community involvement related to mental health.
• Promote the agency's core values and philosophies through every interaction and service provided.
• Complete any additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational efficacy.

The Mental Health Counselor will primarily work with a diverse client population, including individuals grappling with mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and developmental disabilities.
