- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Support Outside Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers in managing customer accounts and responding to customer needs.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead follow-up, and account-development activities.
- Prepare pricing quotations, sales proposals, customer presentations, and other sales support materials.
- Process customer inquiries, sample requests, and order-related questions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Monitor customer activity, sales pipeline progress, account opportunities, and follow-up actions using CRM tools.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, activity reports, and opportunity information.
- Develop a strong understanding of Sabert's packaging products, materials, manufacturing capabilities, and market applications.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products, solutions, or internal resources.
- Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalate issues, as appropriate, to ensure timely resolution.
- Support territory-growth initiatives and contribute to revenue, account-development, and sales-performance targets.
- Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, sales training, and professional-development opportunities.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Packaging Science, Supply Chain, or a related field required.

- Preferred Experience: Internship, co-op, or professional experience in sales, customer service, account management, or another customer-facing environment preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot, preferred.
- Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI platforms for productivity preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, distribution, or industrial products including corrugated packaging, folding cartons, protective packaging, labels, or flexible packaging-is preferred.
