• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment and crisis plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Document treatment progress and outcomes accurately and promptly, adhering to regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs and inform treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans that foster client wellness.
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Serve as a liaison among clients, service systems, and local agencies to facilitate integrated care and support.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to uphold contract standards and promote the organization’s mission.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies to enhance program visibility and identify new funding opportunities.
• Pursue continual professional development through conferences and training, and represent the organization at relevant meetings.
• Advocate for the agency’s mission and values in all professional interactions, fostering a positive organizational reputation.

Your role will encompass working with a diverse group of clients facing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals recovering from substance use issues, those with developmental disabilities, and persons experiencing the effects of acquired brain injuries. Your therapeutic approach will empower clients to navigate their unique recovery journeys, emphasizing personal growth and wellness.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field is required, with a Master’s degree or Doctorate preferred.
• Current LMHC licensure from the state board.
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical documentation and preparing reports as necessary.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team framework.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and insights clearly.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills informed by your professional expertise.

While not mandatory, preferred candidates will have prior experience working in community health settings or clinics that focus on mental and emotional wellness. Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities and familiarity with case management in behavioral health will be beneficial.
