Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including crisis and pre-crisis plans, risk assessments, and behavioral guidelines.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, helping them navigate through various emotional health challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Utilize validated evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to evaluate client needs and progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that cater to individual client needs.
  • Facilitate communication with state agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders to advocate for client services and drive program success.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities, such as attending workshops and representing the clinic at conferences to enhance expertise.
  • Promote the agency's mission, actively participating in accreditation processes and community outreach initiatives.
  • Support the Clinic Director with additional duties as assigned, contributing to a high-functioning team dynamic.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The individuals we serve range from those facing emotional distress and mental health disorders to clients in recovery from substance use issues and those in need of developmental and behavioral support. As an LMHC at CayLab, you will work to provide tailored interventions that respect the dignity and individuality of every client, aligning your therapeutic approach with their unique circumstances and aspirations.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health discipline is required.
  • Current LMHC licensure issued by the state board is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain clinical records accurately and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Strong collaboration skills for effective teamwork in an interdisciplinary setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey ideas effectively.
  • Competence to exercise sound judgment and make autonomous decisions rooted in clinical knowledge.
Preferred Experience

Experience in outpatient mental health settings or similar environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based practices, crisis intervention strategies, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth will enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive compensation structure ranging between USD 52,000 and 100,000 annually based on full-time or part-time commitments.
