Zen Zone Mental Healthcare Pte. Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative team operating from Brockton, Massachusetts. This full-time role primarily involves providing remote support to clients through specialized mindfulness practices designed to promote emotional well-being and resilience. • Conduct initial assessments to identify clients’ unique stressors and mental health goals, designing personalized mindfulness practices tailored to their needs.
• Utilize mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR techniques, to help clients manage stress, enhance self-awareness, and promote emotional regulation during individual therapy sessions.
• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes that focus on mindfulness practices, effective stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies.
• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, and meditation practices, thereby empowering them to develop self-care tools for growth and stress reduction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care by integrating mindfulness strategies into broader treatment plans.
• Document client progress meticulously, including mindfulness interventions and treatment plans, to ensure effective tracking of therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in regular personal mindfulness practice and professional development to deepen expertise in mindfulness-based approaches.

Your practice will involve working with a diverse population seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Clients will vary in age and background, often looking for support in cultivating resilience, managing stress, and enhancing their overall quality of life. By employing mindfulness techniques, you will guide these individuals toward self-awareness and emotional balance.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.
• Strong foundation in mental health counseling, with proven experience working with diverse populations.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to cultivate a safe, supportive therapeutic environment.

• While not required, extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is highly preferred.
• Experience creating and facilitating group workshops on mindfulness or therapeutic resilience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in engaging clients via telehealth platforms and familiarity with related digital tools is a plus.
