As a Clinical Social Worker at our clinic, you will primarily engage with clients in a remote capacity. This school-based setting allows you to connect with students in their everyday environment, facilitating accessible mental health support. Flexibility is a core aspect of this role; the schedule includes full-time hours with the opportunity to adjust your availability to meet client needs, including evening and weekend appointments.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care, to provide effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with educational staff and parents to formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the academic and emotional needs of the student.
• Facilitate group therapy, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at enhancing coping skills and resilience.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, ensuring a swift and appropriate response to emergency situations.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

You will primarily work with students facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related disorders. Your work will significantly influence the emotional wellbeing and academic success of these young individuals, offering them tools and strategies to thrive both in school and in their personal lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably with school-age children or adolescents.
• Deep understanding and experience with evidence-based treatments and therapeutic methods.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with both young clients and their families.
