Thrive Mental Health Services is seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote position focused on providing comprehensive mental health support within a school setting.   • Provide individual and group counseling to students, which includes facilitating therapy techniques, crisis intervention strategies, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Examples include conducting guidance sessions on emotional regulation, building resilience, or managing anxiety during exams.
  • Generate and maintain accurate electronic documentation including mental health evaluations, progress notes, session summaries, and risk assessments as part of our digital record-keeping system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Serve as a liaison for students and families, connecting them with local resources and community agencies for additional support, such as medication assistance programs and specialized treatment options.
  • Collaborate with Quality Improvement teams to implement effective data collection processes, measuring outcomes and enhancing service delivery to positively impact student mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with children, adolescents, and their families. This role involves understanding the diverse cultural backgrounds and unique challenges faced by students, including socio-economic factors that may influence their mental health. Qualifications
