• Conduct engaging remote therapy sessions with clients using our secure online platform, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients' needs, considering their unique backgrounds and circumstances.
• Regularly monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment approaches, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Document all sessions and updates diligently, maintaining accurate and confidential client records to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists, to provide integrated and comprehensive patient care.
• Stay informed about and adhere to ethical and legal standards pertaining to the delivery of mental health services.

You will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your expertise will specifically cater to families and couples navigating conflicts or seeking to strengthen their relationships. Your role is pivotal in creating a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and motivated to work towards their mental health goals.

• A master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• Proficiency in using technology for remote therapy, including familiarity with teletherapy platforms and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining responsibility for client outcomes.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing individual and family therapy is highly desired.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, is beneficial.
• Experience in remote therapeutic settings or telehealth practices is an advantage.
