• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and goals.

You will be working with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish a therapeutic alliance with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of clients' psychological experiences.
• Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities, crucial for navigating a remote work environment while managing client caseloads.

• Experience providing remote therapy services or familiarity with virtual therapy tools and best practices.
• Prior work in a community health setting and experience working with underserved populations is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
