Rise and Recover Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a remote full-time role. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, presenting symptoms, and personal history.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices, in individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor clients' progress through regular follow-up sessions and adapt treatment plans accordingly to ensure effective care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in accordance with state and federal laws, as well as ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate holistic approaches to client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and team meetings to stay current with best practices and research in mental health.
• Adhere rigorously to ethical standards established by licensing boards and relevant professional organizations.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Rise and Recover, you will work with a varied patient population, including children, teens, and adults who present with a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will be to nurture a trusting therapeutic relationship that empowers clients to express themselves, explore solutions, and take meaningful steps toward recovery.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current, state-issued licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• A compassionate approach and a strong commitment to supporting client well-being.
• Adept at working independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• Understanding of ethical guidelines and regulations governing mental health practices.
• Commitment to continuous professional education and personal development.

• At least three years of direct experience in mental health counseling or therapy, particularly in a community health setting.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and diverse populations is a plus.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
