Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in case conferences and treatment planning for clients receiving mental health treatment, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to care.
  • Occasionally conducting psychological testing as needed, providing deeper insights into clients’ mental health conditions.
  • Supervising social work interns and student volunteers to enhance their educational experience and professional skills.
  • Carrying out additional responsibilities assigned by the Unit Chief or Clinical Supervisor to support departmental goals.

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals of all ages facing various mental health challenges. This role emphasizes trauma-informed care, focusing on recovery and resiliency in treatment approaches. Our clients may come from different socioeconomic backgrounds and have varied mental health needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • Current valid State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
  • Ability to apply best practices and frameworks a part of structured client care pathways.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development and maintaining licensure through continual education.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary between USD 115,000 and 130,000 yearly, in addition to sign-on bonuses, productivity incentives, and call pay as applicable. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
