SolvOne is looking to add the right candidate to our growing Remote Customer Service Representative Dispatch Team! At SolvOne, we provide 24/7/365 service for our clients in the Petroleum Industry. When a gas station has a maintenance issue, they call SolvOne and our CSRs dispatch a technician to their location to fix the issue. Morning Shift: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm CT
Swing Shift: Thursday to Monday 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM CT

  • 1 year of customer service-related experience
  • A strong internet connection and the ability to setup a home office with company provided equipment
  • Must be a resident of Appleton Wisconsin area

  • Dedicate your full attention to your work by not providing care for others during work hours
