• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Utilizing your skilled assessment and intervention strategies will help patients achieve their treatment goals and enhance their overall well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license issued by the state of Virginia is necessary to practice.
• At least three years of clinical experience focused on psychotherapy, particularly within hospice or similar settings.
• Solid proficiency in solution-based therapeutic interventions, with a proven ability to adapt methods to meet individual client needs.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.
