Soul Restoration, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic mental health team. Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to conduct sessions from their home office while ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for clinical work. Our outpatient office serves as the collaborative hub where therapists come together for training, supervision, and professional development. Our team utilizes modern technology and secure online therapy platforms to provide seamless therapy experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for new clients to identify their mental health needs and family dynamics.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances and goals of clients.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
  • Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through training programs and clinical supervision to stay current with best practices in the field.
  • Maintain ethical standards by upholding client confidentiality and ensuring integrity in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Active independent licensure in Oregon as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • At least two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, including direct experience in creating and implementing treatment plans.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly suited for virtual therapy sessions, ensuring clear and compassionate dialogue with clients.
  • Familiarity with online therapy platforms, ensuring efficient and secure session management.

Compensation and Benefits
