The work setting for this role is primarily remote, allowing our counselors to work from the safety and comfort of their own homes while engaging with clients through telehealth platforms. • Conduct thorough assessments and develop detailed treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication management plans.
• Document treatment progress and maintain clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion of all required paperwork.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs and outcomes, collaborating with clinical teams to create positive behavior support plans tailored to individual situations.
• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes actively, maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance.
• Coordinate with state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to optimize client support and resource allocation.
• Foster open communication channels with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams in order to meet the organization's mission and enhance community engagement.
• Build relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote our programs and explore potential partnerships for funding and resources.
• Engage in professional development opportunities, including attending conferences and participating in statewide meetings to enhance expertise and agency representation.
• Embrace the mission, values, and principles of the organization in all interactions and contributions.
• Adhere to additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a dynamic team environment.

The LMHC will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals coping with a variety of challenges such as mental health disorders, substance use issues, and developmental disabilities. The counselor's role is pivotal in providing tailored therapeutic interventions, supporting recovery processes, and promoting mental wellness in our community.

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• An independent LMHC license issued by the state board, permitting the provision of mental health services autonomously.
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical records and generating accurate reports that reflect the client’s progress and treatment outcomes.
• A collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team setting.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to express ideas and treatment plans clearly.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills to guide independent work based on professional expertise.

• Experience working with diverse patient populations facing complex mental health issues.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and evidence-based practices in counseling.
• Prior involvement in multi-agency collaborations or community outreach initiatives.

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary within the range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
