• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify and evaluate patients' mental health needs, strengths, and potential barriers to treatment.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to guide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other health professionals to ensure coherent and integrated care plans.
• Assist patients and their families in comprehending diagnoses, treatment options, and medication implications in order to empower informed decisions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans by engaging with both patients and the treatment team to align with individual goals and preferences.
• Advocate for patients within the mental health system, helping them navigate resources and assert their rights and needs.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducation programs, enhancing patient engagement and treatment adherence.
• Organize discharge planning and aftercare processes to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of care following treatment.

In this role, you will serve a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with a variety of mental health challenges. Your work will directly impact individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other significant life stressors. Providing compassionate and competent care, you will support patients in achieving their mental health goals and improving their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment are critical.
