Job description

  • Working with our Business Development Managers, Account Managers and our internal partners and be the voice of GS to our clients and plan advisors. 
  • Speak regularly with plan administrators and plan advisors in answering questions and problem solving their issues.  
  • Educate and empower clients and plan advisors on GS processes and tools such as plan administration online. 
  • Play a key role in implementing new clients or plan amendments and facilitating unique enrolment and benefit administration requirements. 
  • Required to attend client meetings including new group implementations, employee meetings, problem solving sessions, and general relationship building events.   
  • Assist Business Development Managers and Account Managers with plan advisor meetings, including the sharing of GS's capabilities and our value proposition, as well as participate in finalist presentations. 
  • Our clients and Account Executives will rely on you to pull quality information out of Advantage by running various reports.
