Job description

Description
ABOUT GLDN
GLDN is a direct-to-consumer jewelry brand that blends craft and technology to bring delight and connection through meaningful, personalized pieces. We design, manufacture, and ship from our headquarters in La Conner, Washington. We're growing, and the Systems team needs to grow with us.
THE ROLE
We're hiring a Business Systems Analyst to serve as the execution and support layer of our Business Systems team. You'll drive projects from requirements through implementation, translate business needs into system configurations, and keep GLDN's core platforms, including Odoo, Shopify Plus, ShipStation, and UKG, reliable and well-integrated. You'll be the primary liaison between business stakeholders and what our systems can actually do, providing day-to-day support and troubleshooting as issues get escalated to you, and making sure nothing lives only in one person's head by keeping documentation and SOPs current. This is a primarily remote role, with travel to our La Conner, WA headquarters required for onboarding and up to once per quarter thereafter.
If you love translating business needs into clean system configurations and turning a one-off fix into a permanent process - and you also love working in a casual, fun-loving and hard-working environment - keep reading.

  • Own project execution from requirements gathering through go-live and post-launch support
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and status reporting for systems initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and validate solutions
  • Manage UAT processes, issue tracking, and deployment workflow
  • Escalate risks and blockers to the Head of Business Systems with recommended actions
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of system enhancements and bug fixes

ERP & Platform Support
  • Serve as the initial escalation support for system issues, configurations, and user questions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues across core platforms as escalated by the IT Specialist or other stakeholders
  • Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, and automations in Odoo
  • Support Shopify Plus storefront operations, app integrations, and order flow

  • Support vendor evaluations with materials and documentation
  • Maintain documentation of all active integrations, APIs, and data flows
  • Test and validate vendor-delivered configurations and customizations
  • Track vendor support tickets and escalate unresolved issues

Requirements
Required
  • 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP administration, or a similar systems/implementation role
  • Hands-on configuration experience with an ERP platform (Odoo experience strongly preferred), and comfort working across multiple connected systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a systems project end-to-end, from requirements gathering through UAT, go-live, and post-launch support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with experience tracing data discrepancies across integrated systems back to their root cause
  • Excellent documentation habits; comfortable building and maintaining SOPs, configuration records, and training materials

Preferred
  • Experience with Shopify Plus, ShipStation, or UKG in a configuration or support capacity
  • Familiarity with data integration points between operational systems and a data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake)
  • Experience working directly with software vendors and implementation partners
  • Background in a DTC, ecommerce, or manufacturing environment
  • Prior experience supporting a business systems or IT function with no full-time dedicated developer/architect on staff

SKILLS

  • Direct partnership with the Head of Business Systems and cross-functional leaders across Operations, Finance, Data, and HR
  • The chance to build, not just maintain, the systems and processes that scale with the company
